Summary. OT Elevate is paid for by the families who use it, and by nobody else. OT Elevate takes no money from anyone your family might pay. This page is short on purpose, and it is the whole point of the product.
Where OT Elevate’s money comes from#
One place: your subscription, sold through the Apple App Store. OT Elevate has no enterprise tier, no partner network and no second source of revenue.
About our company#
OverTime Sport Operations, LLC also makes OT Engage, film and scouting software that high school, youth and college football programs buy. It is a separate product with its own customers. No OT Engage customer pays for anything OT Elevate says, and OT Elevate never ranks, recommends or favors a program because it uses OT Engage.
Where OT Elevate’s money does not come from#
OT Elevate does not accept payment, referral fees, commissions, affiliate revenue, advertising, sponsorship, placement fees or data sales from any of the following:
- clubs, travel teams, and academies
- camps, showcases, combines, and tournaments
- recruiting services, recruiting consultants, and highlight-video services
- private trainers, skills coaches, and performance facilities
- equipment, apparel, supplement, and nutrition sellers
- colleges, universities, conferences, and their athletic departments
- anyone else a youth or high school sports family might be asked to pay
If a family could be asked to write them a check, OT Elevate will not take their money.
What that means inside the app#
- No advertising, anywhere, ever. No sponsored answers, no promoted camps, no “recommended” programs that paid to be recommended.
- We never sell or rent your personal information. See Privacy policy.
- When Eli names a camp, a club, a service, or a college, it is because the public record or your athlete’s own situation put it there — not because someone bought the mention.
- We do not run a marketplace or take a cut of anything you buy. Colleges never pay us, and we never sell anyone access to your athlete.
- When you turn on sending, your athlete’s own coach sends what you chose to the college coaches on your athlete’s list. That is your athlete’s recruiting, done on your behalf, and your own contact details are never in it. The coach who sends never pays us and is never paid by us.
- Your athlete’s college list comes from public rosters and the targets you set, never from a college paying to be on it.
- There are no rankings of athletes in this product, so there is nothing to pay us to move up in.
If that ever changes#
It will not change quietly. If OT Elevate ever takes revenue from any party on the list above, we will say so on this page and in the app before it takes effect, in plain language, naming who is paying us and for what. You would then get to decide whether to keep paying us.
